Content & Acceptable Use Policy

Swapify is built for creative, consensual, and lawful expression. This Content & Acceptable Use Policy explains what is and is not allowed when you use Swapify. It is part of our Terms of Service, and breaking it can lead to content removal, account suspension, or termination.

1. Allowed uses

You are welcome to use Swapify to transform your own photos, create fun and artistic edits, experiment with styles and effects, and make images and videos of people who have given you permission. If you have the rights and consent, the creative direction is up to you.

2. Prohibited content

The following are never allowed on Swapify:

• Non-consensual intimate imagery. Sexual or nude depictions of a real, identifiable person created without their explicit consent.
• Sexual content involving minors. Any sexual or exploitative material depicting anyone under 18, real or synthetic. We have zero tolerance and report such content to the relevant authorities.
• Harassment and impersonation. Content meant to bully, threaten, demean, stalk, or falsely impersonate a real person.
• Hateful or violent content. Material that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against people based on protected characteristics, or that glorifies serious harm.
• Deceptive deepfakes. Realistic fabricated media designed to mislead — such as fake statements or events attributed to real people, or content intended for fraud or disinformation.
• Intellectual property infringement. Content that violates someone else’s copyright, trademark, or other rights.

3. Consent and likeness rules

You may only upload or generate images of a real person if that person is you, or if you have their clear permission. For anyone who is identifiable in your uploads or Outputs, you are responsible for having the necessary consent. Never use Swapify to create content featuring someone’s likeness in a way they have not agreed to, especially in intimate, defamatory, or misleading contexts.

4. Enforcement and reporting

We may review content and take action — including removing content, limiting features, or suspending or terminating accounts — when this policy is violated. To report content or an account that may break these rules, email us at support@swapify.link with as much detail as you can, including links or descriptions. We prioritize reports involving safety and the exploitation of minors.

5. Appeals

If you believe we took action on your content or account by mistake, you can appeal by replying to our notice or emailing support@swapify.link. Explain why you think the decision was wrong, and we will review your case and respond.

6. Commercial use

Personal plans permit personal, non-commercial use only. If you want to use your Outputs commercially — in advertising, products, or other revenue-generating contexts — a commercial-use license is available with the Studio plan. Review the plans and confirm your license before commercial use. Commercial use still must comply with every rule in this policy.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service and the broader landscape of AI media evolve. We will revise the date above when we make changes, and continued use of Swapify means you accept the updated policy.
